Severiano Mendoza, better know in the restaurant industry as "El Gordo", was born and raise in San Antonio.
Severiano has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years and an entrepreneur for more than a decade as a food truck legend with his award winning food truck, Tacos VIP. "El Gordo" also owns and operates a successful Ice Cream / Snack shop, Snow Heaven. They serve all types of heavenly treats like, Mangonadas, Augua frecas, ice-cream, snacks and more!
